WORKING EXPERIENCE

As a purchasing assistant of a cafe chain with 6 outlets located in Orchard Road.  My core duties are processing all the purchase requisition for all outlets and liaise with contractor for maintenance, servicing or repair of equipment.  Most importantly, as a Purchaser the primarily duties is to negotiate with supplier for the best price they can offer with the best interest of the company.

2003 - current     Tanah Merah Country Club (Admin Coordinator)

The core duties for a Admin Coordinator is to provide assistance to the Club Deputy General Manager and be responsible for all Human Resources, Membership and General Office Administration.  Additional duties like looking after the system server, liaising with System Administrator to troubleshoot all users system problems to ensure that the Club System operates smoothly.  And any other duties assigned by Deputy General Manager.
